STOK Gas Grills Recalled Due to Fire and Burn Hazards

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Health Canada and One World Technologies Inc. announced a voluntary recall of STOK gas grills. According to a recent press release, the regulator on the grill can leak propane gas which could ignite, posing a fire and burn hazard. However, no injuries have been reported at this time. Consumers who own either the STOK Island or STOK Quattro gas grill are advised to stop use immediately and contact One World Technologies for a free replacement gas regulator for the grill. If you aren’t sure if you own one of these models, the company advises to look at the grill’s regulator. Any regulator that is stamped model number “AZF” on the front and a date code between 1046 and 1143 on the back is involved in this recall. For more information, contact One World Technologies toll-free at (800) 867-9624 between 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or visit the firm’s website at www.stokgrills.com.
