Florida Peninsula Insurance Company  is celebrating #GivingTuesday, a day for charities, families, businesses, community centers, students and friends to come together for a movement to celebrate and encourage giving  more, better and smarter giving during the Holiday Season.

Florida Peninsula Insurance Company and our “Florida Peninsula Gives Back” team are passionately committed to giving back to the communities. Each year Florida Peninsula employees, and our agency partners, participate in various charitable actions.


For several years, Florida Peninsula has made a commitment to support education. We have delivered back packs filled with school supplies to needy schools, and, in particular we adopted the second grade students of J.C. Mitchell Elementary where employees have generously participated in reading to the students, attending SAC meetings and hosting in-house fundraising events for the school. In addition we participated in the annual Boys and Girls Club of Broward County Art Contest, where monetary gifts were awarded to each student winner. The generosity of our employees and agency partners also extends to; feeding the homeless through our partnership with Broward Partnership for the Homeless, collecting holiday toys for the Toys for Tots program to help less fortunate children, support the Susan G. Komen Foundation, we have raised more than $17,000 and participated in races all around the State of Florida and sponsorship of Habitat for Humanity homes to eliminate poverty housing.
