Work/Life Balance

The personal lives of our employees are important to us.  We know that work is a big part of life but family always comes first.  At FPI we provide flexible work schedules where possible, so employees can take care of family responsibilities.  We have a generous bereavement policy that will allow team members to be available for family situations.

Community Involvement

At FPI, we take our responsibility to support our communities very seriously and work diligently on these efforts through our Give Back Committee. The committee is active in many South Florida organizations and we involve our entire company to support the community through personal involvement and fundraising opportunities.  Organizations we support include Habitat for Humanity, American Heart Association, The Humane Society, Earth Day Beach Cleanup, Flags for Fallen Veterans, Broward Partnership for the Homeless, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure just to name a few.

Professional training, continuing education, seminars, lunch and learn sessions, and tuition reimbursement are some of the options for you to grow your skills.  We also partner with the Boca Chamber and professional insurance organizations to leverage leadership and management training opportunities.
