Total compensation is a blend of benefits and pay. We have a generous benefits package structured to provide the work – life balance we all look for in our lives and we expand it each year to meet changing needs. Our total compensation package includes generous time off, paid holidays, and discretionary bonuses for all employees. Aligning compensation to market conditions is the foundation of our strategy.
Florida Peninsula recognizes 9 paid holidays each year with an additional floating holiday to use when the team member chooses.
Paid Time Off
Paid Time Off (PTO) encompasses vacation, personal, and sick time. We award a generous PTO allotment to each team member each year starting with 15 days in years 1-4 and 20 days after 5 years of service.
Health and Wellness Benefits
We provide paid medical coverage for all team members at no cost and subsidize dependent premiums at 50%. Additionally, we provide Employee Assistance Program, Short Term and Long-Term Disability, Basic Life Insurance, and Identity Theft Assistance to our employees.
Additional Voluntary Benefits
We offer additional voluntary benefits at group rates including - Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life and ADD Insurance (with dependent and spouse coverage options), Additional Long-Term Disability (if qualified), Flexible Spending Accounts and Teladoc.
We offer 401k with dollar-for-dollar match up to 4% of base salary with standard and Roth options. Additionally, we provide homebuying assistance and Financial seminars to our employees.
Growth and Professional Development
We offer employees new opportunities that are shared internally, provide Tuition Reimbursement (includes the cost of fees and books). We also cover Licenses, Designations, and Certifications.
