Daylight Saving Time Ends November 4th

The clocks will turn back at 2 a.m. on November 4th, to mark the end of Daylight Saving Time. Aside from the extra hour of sleep, here are a few things you should remember about Daylight Saving Time: Although most of our smartphones will automatically adjust, remember to manually turn back the clocks in your home including those found on stoves, microwaves and other appliances, as most of them won't reset themselves. Pay extra attention on the road, as you may not be the only tired driver on the road.  By eating meals at your normal scheduled times, it will help your body adjust to the time change much faster. Try to keep your schedule as regular as possible.  By em ...
