The whole process was easy and smooth. Our claim was for Hurricane Ian wind damage at our condominium development. Our condo association prepared all the necessary details and justifications which we sent to Florida Peninsula. Our adjuster contacted us by phone within 24 hours of us emailing our request and the condo assessment. Within three more days the matter was assessed, reviewed and approved and we were advised. That is excellent service! Thank you Florida Peninsula!
